Most couples wait too long

Most couples wait years before they call. They keep hoping it gets better on its own.

It rarely does. The fights get more predictable. The silence gets longer. The person you used to reach for starts to feel like a stranger across the dinner table.

You don’t have to be in crisis to start. If something feels off, that’s reason enough.

You’re not the problem. The pattern is.

Most people walk in braced for a fight, sure the therapist will pick a side and name a villain.

That’s not how we work.

We help you see the pattern you’re both stuck in: who pushes, who pulls away, and how it ends the same way every time. Then we show you how to break it.

You don’t have to believe it will work. You just have to show up together.

Common questions

Do we have to be in crisis to start?

No. The earlier you come in, the easier the work is. If something feels off between you, that’s reason enough to call.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. We meet couples in person in Provo and Springville, and online anywhere in Utah. Most busy couples pick online.

Will the therapist take my partner’s side?

No. We don’t decide who’s right. We find the pattern you’re both stuck in and help you break it.

Where in Utah Valley do you work?

All of Utah County, including Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Springville, and Spanish Fork, in person and online.

How much does marriage counseling cost, and do you take insurance?

Sessions are $145, self-pay. Most insurers only cover therapy tied to a diagnosis, and couples counseling rarely qualifies — so I keep pricing simple and upfront, with no surprises.

Do you offer faith-based marriage counseling?

Yes. If faith is central to your marriage, we’ll honor it and work within your values. If it isn’t, you’re just as welcome — no agenda, no sermons.

Stop waiting for it to fix itself.

It rarely does. The sooner you start, the easier the work is.
