About

Hi, I’m Aaron Brantley

Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) · Gottman Method (Level 2) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT-C) trained

If you’re reading this, something between you and your spouse probably feels stuck. Maybe it’s the same argument on a loop. Maybe it’s the quiet — two people sharing a house and a calendar and not much else. I know that place. Helping couples climb out of it is what I do, and I do it myself. When you reach out, you get me. Not a front desk and a stranger.

How I work

I lean on two of the most studied approaches in couples work: the Gottman Method (Level 2) and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT-C). Here’s what that means for you. Our sessions go somewhere. You won’t take turns venting while I nod along. We’ll find the loop the two of you keep falling into, say it out loud, and put a few real tools in your hands — the kind you use at the kitchen table, not just on my couch. I don’t keep score, and I don’t take sides.

Faith, when it matters to you

Faith runs deep for a lot of couples here. If it’s part of your marriage, we’ll keep it in the room and work inside your values. If it isn’t, no problem — nobody gets a sermon either way. You set the terms.

Where we meet

In person at Coronado Wellness in Provo or Springville, or online anywhere in Utah. It’s the same work either way, and plenty of couples bounce between the two when a week gets full.

What it costs

Sessions are $145. Most insurance plans don’t cover couples counseling, so sessions are self-pay. Either way, I’ll tell you straight whether we’re a fit before you ever book. No surprises.

If any of this sounds like your marriage, that’s reason enough to reach out.

A note on my license: I’m an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) and practice under the clinical supervision of Brandy Sperle, LCSW at Coronado Wellness, a licensed clinician who reviews my work.

Stop waiting for it to fix itself.

It rarely does. The sooner you start, the easier the work is.
